Shipping Fees: We offer Flat rate shipping of $14.99 for all orders till $850 and $31.99 for all orders above $850.
Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 15 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Return Policy

Defective products: If you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one or refund your purchase price. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your product and provide us with a detailed description of the defect. We will provide you with a return label at no cost to you.
Change of mind: We understand that sometimes a customer may change their mind after placing an order. If this is the case, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the product. However, please note that return fees will apply. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price. Also customer will be responsible for properly packing it and shipping back. If the item is damaged due to being poorly packed, extra charges might be applied and/or total price might be deducted.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nirankaar.com and provide us with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Please note that the following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:
